And thre reason the Bush DOJ downgraded it to a civil case was there was not enough evidence for a criminal case. So my take on it is there was not enough for a civil case either since there was no complaining witness. Mother doesn't report missing child for 30 days
Searches for chloroform on the computer
Chloroform found in the trunk
Stench of death coming from the trunk
Mom out partying like a rock star
Rare duct tape found on everything in the home and on the body

How can you convict if there was no good evidence? No witnesses?
My point was for there to be voter intimidation a voter has to be intimidated, and none came forward. Unlike the 2006 case where Arizona Minutemen were accosting hispanic voters and no charges came. And on a side note the Jury in the Anthony case made the right choice, the prosecution did not come close to proving their case.

Fine all holder did was drop the civil case after the Bush DOJ dropped the criminal case.

It very well might be, but not for lack of trying. Do you always give up this easily?
I've pretty much given up on most things political after years of frustration. The elected class does not listen. Party affilliation makes no difference...they are out of touch and the damage they've done at this point likely can't be undone. I vote in every election from city dog catcher to president...and I continually find myself choosing between the lessor of two evils. The whole process stinks and is pretty much hopeless.

Beat up on me if you will, but that's how I feel.

FWIW, I'm a fiscal conservative, a social moderate, and lean towards the libertarian viewpoint. I don't care who you sleep with, I'd rather you not get an abortion but it should be available in extreme cases, and I'd like a lot less government in my life. I'm a public school teacher that believes that all education should be privatized. I don't really fit in the R or L mold.

Loadedliberal...I don't appreciate your personal attack. Eric Holder made the decision not to go after the thugs that were in black suits with batons intimidating voters on the porch of the polling place. That is a fact that is not disputable. I'll watch whomever I wish.
I admit that I went to far, but the fact is the BUSH DOJ was the one who declined to prosecute the "black panthers" for voter intimidation and that is FACT. I'm sorry if you cannot accept that.

First of all the black panthers case was dismissed by the bush DOJ and second the ACORN "controversy" was proven a lie perpetrated by a chronic liar. Get your facts straight and watch someone else beside Beck.
