Exactly right. If this amendment doesn't get included, dontcha think the Dallas, Plano, Austin, San Antonio cops will be treating open carriers with a little more attitude than other localities? Probably - Betcha.
Not that I think it is going to be a huge population doing it mind you. I've been up to Oklahoma a few times since it passed there - never seen it.
