Re: Small slim guns have ruined me!

I also recently picked up a 43x and the shield magazines. After many years of carrying a G23 and G27 I was wanting to return to 9mm. I have really been enjoying shooting the 43x and have had zero problem with the shield mags. It's now my daily carry. I highly recommend one. I had a friend pick one u...

Glock 19 - Based on the question, not a TEOTWAWKI scenario. Even then I may choose the Glock 19.

Re: TX Gun Range (between Mansfied and Midlothian)

Yeah, $15 is not bad, but it does mention a $10 yearly membership. Free for active military and active LE.

Not allowing FMJ would have been a deal breaker for me. Good thing they do, and maybe they'll be get more business because of it.

Re: Vehicle Gun Safes

I have the nano vault mounted inside of my Expedition console. It's mounted vertically closest to the drivers seat. So the hinge is at the bottom and lock is facing the passenger seat. I also have the wire cable ran down and attached to the frame under the console. If I remember correctly, I had to ...

Carrying Speer Gold dot but it's been hard to find. I usually have no problem finding PXD1, without even looking for it.

Situation is causing me to rethink carrying capacity

I'd like to add to all the recent talk about switching to 9mm from whatever caliber your carrying now. As a lot of you have been doing, I have thought about switching from carrying a 40 and going back to just 9mm. A few weeks back I observed a guy pointing a Glock at another person. Re: Any one been to Ray's in Mansfield, TX?

Ray's is a good pharmacy. I use them quite often and have been to Suzy Q's fountain on occasion, for a meal or just a shake with the kids. Suzy Q's has now been replaced by Napoli's. The gun store has never really stood out as one I would bother going to. I can't quite put my finger on it but I just...
