cookout and the wife, who normally doesn't enjoy spicy foods, really enjoyed it. Now if I can just get her to eat it on a slice of bread with some mustard on it my job will be complete! She still slices it up and dips it in bbq sauce! Anybody know the name of the meat market in Bellville?
