We eat pretty healthy already, not for the weight issues but because we like it. Lots of salads, grilled chicken, tons of fruits and veggies. We don't eat much bread (Although I love it) and when we do it's usually whole grain. Not many pastas, but we do eat plain white rice 2-3 times a week (my wife is Hispanic, any less than that and she'd revolt <G>) We need to add more fish to our diet though.

My plan includes eating more... For years I've eaten at most 2 meals a day, most days 1. I've started eating breakfast when I remember to. This alone has been the reason for my weight loss last year. We've joined the Gym, and went for a little bit before the holidays. But with two teens who are in sports and band, our schedule made it hard to get to the gym often. Now that marching season and football are over, we have a little more time. Now to get motivated to spend a couple hours at the gym 3-4 times a week.

My wife and I are working on it this year too. I gave it a half hearted attempt in 2011. Lost about 25 lbs. My goal is another 80 - 90. I hope to loose at least 40 of that this year. 60 would be better.
