If it helps any, I called around my 30 day mark and the lady who answered said that my PIN was just issued. I got it within a couple days. It did relieve a little of the anxiety to hear her say it was issued.

You sent your packet about a week after I did. I received my PIN number on 9/20. You should get it any day now.
