Does that mean the bill is dead? The article said somebody withdraw the bill, but I don't know if that kills it, or just means the somebody else has to resubmit it, or something else.
It's too bad the senate backed down, though. I'm fairly convinced that someday there will be a "showdown" over the TSA's procedures, and I'd much rather see it played out on CSPAN than some airport saftey special report aired by the evening news.
