Per the penal code, verbal threats are not jsutification for use of force OR deadly force.
Still hypothetically speaking, if there was a voice over the intercomm telling the person at the front door to "come on in", it may be difficult to prove that the entry was invited instead of forcible. Hypothetically of course.
