Mine took just a little over 90 days, coming in about 91 days after I mailed the packet.

Mailed in on May 1st, and I had the plastic in hand on July 31st. I had no problems with my paperwork, but it did seem to take a little longer than most people's that I talk to.

Hope yours comes in quicker!
