At this point, I don't see how a conference committee on campus carry can get a bill back in time to get it scheduled with enough time left to realistically avoid a filibuster, especially if the House hasn't even appointed the committee members yet, and especially when we have to go in all to get OC done. If OC had already been on Abbott's desk like it was supposed to be, maybe we would have had enough gas in the tank to push CC through.
