I find it a little disturbing that there is still confusion about all of this. The law is pretty clear. Could it be that DPS thinks something we have been doing for years is illegal?KC5AV wrote:

There was quite a lot of discussion on 46.035, and whether churches, hospitals, and nursing homes are off limits whether posted or not. Maybe next session, we can get a carve out to provide online re-certification for instructors.
