I would have said that even 10 years ago but as I've gotten older I find myself enjoying some guns more for their aesthetics. I recently dug out my Browning Auto 5 12ga and voila, it has become my favorite shotgun....while I used to prefer the Remington 1100. It doesn't mean I'd substitute form over function where it really matters....but where it isn't really a sacrifice......Soccerdad1995 wrote: Appearance = 1911. There is really no contest here. That said, I carry a 1911 from time to time, but since concealability has become less of an issue for me lately I've been carrying a big ugly Glock 17 most of the time. It's ugly but it's still a great shooting gun.
