This statistic is being repeated in large cities all across the country. Dallas murder rate and gang violence is off the charts right now.The question is why! I think one contributing factor is the "no bail" release policies many large cities have implemented. Fortunately, isn't much of it gang violence against each other?
Don't forget about all the thugs that were released from jail so they wouldn't catch the bat stew flu.

Can you get a spark from lead and copper? Maybe from an .556 round with a penetrator? I suspect that someone was attempting to use fireworks as a weapon. As a kid, we used to shoot at rats against all kinds of things. We never saw sparks like they showed in the movies. It was kinda disappointing.
Some fireworks (or at least parts of them) are impact sensitive.
