My Tac Ultra II has the issue feeding the last round in the magazine. It does it with the Wilson Combat mags just the same as the Kimber(which will be converted as well to Wilson spring and follower soon).
Its got about 400 rounds through it so far. After 200 more if the problem is still around I'll give Kimber a ring. It has the EE slide.
FWIW, I field strip and clean my firearms meticulously after each range outing. Then it gets lubed. It is always well lubed. I lube it after 2 weeks of not being fired as well. In my case I think it just either needs more break-in time, or some TLC from Kimbers.

Mine sometimes has issues feeding the last round of the magazine, but I told myself I would clear 500 to 600 rounds through it myself before I started worrying. I have one Kimber mag, and two Wilson Combat mags. It seems to happen more on the Kimber than the Wilson's, but it does happen on the Wilson's from time to time.
I love my Tac II Ultra, its light, a joy to shoot, and quite a beautiful gun. My next Kimber will be a prio series size, only for a little more distance, but I am not sure if I'll ever get ride of the Tac Ultra. I know The Marshal is dying to shoot it, if he'd ever call me back
