Any cop who is a professional and proud of their work would not object to being filmed. In fact they would encourage it, because they often get bogus complaints of mistreatment and subjects who lie about not starting the altercation that led to their arrest. The police association is on the wrong side of this, and by doing so they contribute to a lack of trust of authority.
