Excaliber, I'm glad you wrote that. I've been experimenting with different carry positions for my Sig P226. It's a full sized service weapon, so it's not easy to conceal. I keep thinking that maybe I need a smaller gun. After reading what you wrote, I'm thinking maybe I need to do a better job of finding ways to conceal the Sig. If I have to spend a little extra to do that well, it will be worth it if I'm ever in one of those situations.

Now, being able to legally carry, that's another issue entirely. It seems the State of Texas is bound and determined to never issue me a license.
