I heard that they have rubber mats you can cover the grates with so you can get your brass. I've heard the owner say something along the lines of "it's your brass, you're free to pick it up". You probably just have to ask for it.

I'll agree with what everyone has said. Excellent range, guns a little pricey, but some some of the accessories are pretty reasonable. And the range, IMHO, is the nicest indoor range around and tends to be as good or better in pricing compared to most other indoor ranges (especially up in the city).
