I agree with the statement that CLEANING=MESSING AROUND. We all know that accidents happen, but still I have never pulled a trigger cleaning a gun regardless of how clean I want it. I do know someone, and was watching him when it happened, who was unloading a 30-06 (in a safe direction as always instructed) that went off without pulling the trigger. He was racking them out of the mag through the breech instead of dropping them out of the bottom. One hand on the barrel grip and one on the bolt. Scared him half to death.... He destroyed the gun the next day. Not exactly sure about the mechanics of why it happened but I guess I think you have a better chance of doing that with a bolt action than a any type of shotgun.
