Afaik, ALL ETMC faciliries are posted; however, the lettering is white on a clear background and is closer to 3/4" than 1" in height. What do you suppose is the intent of ETMC? As has been repeatedly debated herein, arguing the size of the letters or the exact wording of a 30.06 type sign before a judge could get quite expensive.
:iagree: Harris Methodist Southlake has the white on clear glass sign that is in no way "contrasting" Depending on your angle of approach to the door, the sign completely disappears. I didn't take the time to physically measure the letters but I suspect that they are not 1"

But I was already out $thousands for my wife's surgery there and didn't want to play triple or nothing on that amount for carrying past the sign, however invalid it might be. I'm a lot more tempted to ignore the 30.06 signs that specifically reference parts of the TPC that no longer exist. Arguing letter size or contrast takes the risk to a level that I'd prefer not to try.
