That sounds like the message that I got before the status actually showed up. It is about two weeks before you see status after they have the package. Mine was a little longer 6/23 to 7/14)teds787 wrote:So.... Checking Status....
I submitted my online app around the 29th of July. I mailed my paper work on the 9th of August. Since then I've been going to the "Texas Online" CHL site where "New Users" can "Apply" and "Returning Users" can "Login". I enter my TXDL#, SSN, and DOB and click the Login button as a Returning User. I get the message "You are not eligible for any services at this time. This may be due to an application in progress. If you think this is an error, please contact customer service." Am I accessing the right site? Am I in the right place? Am I getting the same response that others are getting before they start processing my packet? I'd hate to be doing all this waiting and checking based on the wrong site or something.
