Re: Carrying with my new pocket revolver
thanks for the review.. I really liked the LCR when I was pocket pistol shopping last year. I didn't know they now make them in .357 my dad bought a scandium 357 S&W pocket revolver and really likes it. I wasn't sure about how much a revolver would buldge in my pocket so I went with a Ruger LCP,...

Re: A man entered the bank WITH A GUN!
in a bank? with a gun? yikes, I hope this man was arrested and shipped off immediately to Guantanamo, he must be a terrorist  actually I think we should all go down to the banks, all at once, armed to the teeth - and demand our wealth back from these banksters who stole it from us :mad5 :mad5

Re: pulled over, temporarily disarmed, was told I was lucky
by the way this was the second time I've been pulled over since I got my plastic and started carrying. The first time was totally fine though - was on the same street but during the day, and by a motorcycle cop who noticed my registration sticker was expired as I drove by. He pulled me over, I showe...

Re: pulled over, temporarily disarmed, was told I was lucky
well playing it back in my head now I am quite sure they were saying I was on the razors edge of being charged with illegally carrying a firearm, because of the speech about class B's and the other guys curt summary of "your CHL won't mean anything" also once it got to the point of me show...

Re: pulled over, temporarily disarmed, was told I was lucky
they explained if someone is carrying while you are committing a crime of of class B or worse then they would would charged with carrying a firearm illegally, CHL or not. Is this incorrect information ? I just took their word for it, and assumed they thought I was out racing or something (small city...

Re: glad i didnt have that drink...
the front license plate thing, I particularly dislike. In my teens I drove a firebird, the front ends come to kind of a point, they are not flat on the front like most cars so affixing a license plate not only looks hideous but there isn't even a good stable place to put them. So at my friends sugge...

pulled over, temporarily disarmed, was told I was lucky
so I was headed home from the gf's house, I admit I was eager to get home and was likely speeding a little bit, but nothing drastic and there was no traffic about. Look up in my rearview and see the red and blue lights barreling down on me with sirens blaring. Get the spotlight on me as I roll the w...

Re: "Waiting Room"
new member here. I'm approaching 1 year since I took the classes and sent the form and still don't have the plastic. :banghead: just emailed DPS to see if they could tell me anything. My father took the class with me and mailed his in when I did the first time, and he's had his plastic since last Au...
