Sorry im not killing my engine and sitting in a hot vehicle for a routine traffic stop. I dont know what the law is but I know I dont like being told to exit my vehicle for a 6-10 mph speeding vilation, just do not see the justification for it. I am safer inside my vehicle than out of it.
