If it's just the grip size that's a bugger, you can look at the Gen 4 G23 (.40) or G32 (.357) which offer a slightly smaller grip and the Gen 4s offer the ability to swap out palm swells varying the grip size even more. I have small hands and didn't care for the G17 but a G19 Gen 4 with the palm swell removed made the grip the perfect size.

That sounds about right. Good luck, I absolutely hated the polygraph and with a good reason. There's a lot I could say about that but won't until after you're done with yours.

Good luck to you! I'm more than a little envious as LE is something I've wanted to do for years but my career ended up going elsewhere.

I have a friend who is an instructor at your academy and it sounds like a great place that cares a great deal for their students.
