One of my friends is on staff at Wedgewood Baptist, and I'm building his website for him. One of the audio testimonies which will be downloadable from the site is from one of the wounded victims of that shooting who survived.

Re: How may of y'all carry to church?
In this same vein, it appears Ohio is working on some legislation to legally permit this. The NRA posted a link on their Facebook page and I am rather disturbed at reading the thoughts of some of our supposed "friends" of the 2nd Amendment. One such sterling example was considering anybody that couldn't go without carrying at church a redneck... my response:
"For those of you decying carrying in church, do a little reading on the New Life Church and Wedgewood Baptist Church killings. Even in the house of God, we can be attacked by the wolves. If it is redneck to want to maintain a means of securing the safety of my family, me and fellow believers at my chosen place of worship, then give me a Budwesier and a Number 3 NASCAR shirt"
I don't know if it has been socializing with you fine folks here but I'm having a hard time understanding how some folks logically conclude that there are places where people should not have a means to protect themselves. It's not even Biblically sound.
