If so, the animal control officer was legitimately controlling the animal which was not "in control" according to the ordinance.
Can't blame them for doing what the city told them to do.
Tis but one reason I do not live in a city, or HOA. My 12 acres, my front yard, my fence with closed gate.. Please keep hands and feet away from my fenced property and out of my dogs mouths.
