They never go away. I ate them in Korea in the early '60's, RVN in '70, and at U.S. Forest Service/BLM firefighting base camps in AK in the '80's and '90's. Hey maybe they should just issue them to schools? There's probably plenty left. And the students could use the accessory packs that come with them.
