A friend of my Dad's taught me this one when I was 13 or so:
Make sure your gun is unloaded (!!!) and holster it. Pick a TV show that you like, then choose a character that appears frequently. (Miami Vice was on prime time back then so I picked Crockett.) Sit/stand there and watch the show. Every time you see your character, react, draw, get a good site picture and squeeze the trigger, trying to keep a good sight picture on the character until you hear the click. Re-holster and repeat each time that person reappears on the screen! It get's hard, because they frequently flip back and forth during a dialog!
That reminds me, I need to practice more!
