I had the same concerns when i started carrying a g26. It will go away with practice and time. I practiced holstering my firearm in the mirror several times a week and always try to keep my trigger finger off the trigger guard. I point the finger away from the pistol (out to the side) or ill curl it into my palm to make sure its no where near the trigger guard. If you are concerned, you can try one of those safe-t blocks that you pop in behind the trigger to prevent an AD. Although you have to remember to pop it out before you pull the trigger and that again is something you have to train for.
