RE: Corps of Engineers property whether it is leased by another entity or not. Now that one is confusing at times...

So my parents live up by Lake Texoma.
My understanding is that the lake and most of the property around it is owned/managed by the Corps of Engineers.

Can I not carry around the lake? In boat?

How do I find out more about this one?
