Reciprocity is for the citizens of the state who are visiting Texas. It's not a favor to the government of the other state.StingRay wrote:Perry should not give a state reciprocity if they will not do the same for us.

You are correct. Texas had a similar problem until the legislature passed a pre-emption law.
