Re: Kudos to President Obama
I think it's hilarious how the left villianizes Palin for "bringing down" McCain. That is just laughable drivel. McCain brought down McCain. :iagree: The only thing I will say about Paliin is that she didn't do much to help him, but quite frankly.... I don't think anyone could have helped...

No, a lot of independants did not vote for McCain because of Palin. Tht is not a "Leftist" myth, that is a fact.

Re: Kudos to President Obama
Every single time I asked someone who was celebrating that "their" candidate (Obama) had been elected why they voted for him I never got an actual reply besides hope, change, "he's going to fix everything" and that I'm a racist. He got elected for more reasons that a TV t...

No?
Hence the movie, "The Gangs of New York". Plus, the movie, "The Warriors" was a documentary, right?

Re: Uh oh - the UN takes step 1 in the US...
I'm not so much worried about them finding them as I am about them even being allowed to make the attempt in the first place. I note that the article says the UN was refused the request and referred to the BATF for the information. Let's hope that the BATF has sense enough to tell the UN to go suck...

Re: TV Trash
F/X has some good original programming (e.g. Justified, The Shield, etc.) and I am STILL a sucker for the various Law and Order show. I HAVE to keep DirecTV to get the NFL Sunday Ticket. Netflix is nearly perfect, and when you can stream movies and TV shows to your TV for FREE, well, you have a fan ...

Re: Texas gov. shoots, kills 'wily' coyote during jog
Libtards make me want to puke! The complete ignorance of liberals is frustrating due to the fact that they are so darned ignorant, they can't be educated. I guess I thought no one could logically complain about someone shooting a wild animal to protect their pet...... but I was wrong. What was he s...

Re: Texas gov. shoots, kills 'wily' coyote during jog
That would make a great poster: Gov. Perry with a puppy under his arm, and a LCP in his hand, charging a coyote! It would be even cooler if he had a Bowie in his teeth... Sort of like Bruce Campbell in the Army of Darkness poster. http://videodromeradio.files.wordpress.com/2009/09/army_of_darkness....

Re: Texas gov. shoots, kills 'wily' coyote during jog
Wow, I can SO see a future endorsement deal in Gov. Perry's future! Anyone who loves their dog is alright by me.
I have been debating getting a LCP for summer carry when I cannot carry the Glock 30 or LCR, this just might seal the deal for me.
Thanks gov!

Good point!KFP wrote:If you're dead set on OC in Texas, then sling your rifle or shotgun over your shoulder and go about your day - they would provide a more adequate defense anyway.
Another plus is people won't park near your car in the grocery store parking lot.

Re: Linking "gun enthusiasts" to "anti-government militias"
Remember that old "School House Rock" American Revolution clip? Are they still teaching the kids about that incident or just the OKC bombing? I'd be willing to bet that only a small fraction of college freshmen could pass a test over the material covered by School House Rock. A couple of ...

Re: San Diego Trying to Ban Open Carry
Wow...as I said in another thread, Arizona and California are such strange neighbors. If they are so worried about people open carrying an unloaded gun then maybe California should become a shall issue state for CCW, that way people don't have to have their guns out in the open to "offend"...
