WTS: 350 rounds .40 cal ammo (SOLD)

I have 350 rounds of .40 caliber ammo that I need to sell. I sold my .40 cal handgun a few years ago and now I'm moving and don't need to move ammo that I can't use anyway.

There's assorted brands, mostly FMJ but a few rounds of JHP too.

I'd like to get $50 for the lot.

I'm in San Antonio.

SOLD

Rebluing in San Antonio?

I recently acquired my dad's double barrel shotgun that he hunted with since he was a young boy. I'm sure it's not worth much but the manufacturer is Russian and no longer around. That being said, it has sentimental value. We went hunting together and I'd like to pass it on to my son as well. It has...

Re: Trijicon Night Sights for my Bersa

I don't have my Bersa right beside me, but aren't the sights cast into the slide? I didn't think they were removable at all.

Re: 1911 Cost

Well my wife and I talked about it and we're going to wait until our house is finished being built and get a feel for where we stand at that point.

I hope I can hold out that long. :waiting:

Re: 1911 Cost

I guess I was just a little shocked at how much they were, especially given the age of the design.

I also got a little overwhelmed at the different configurations available. Sizes seem to be pretty varied. Does anyone actually conceal a full size 1911?

1911 Cost

I've always thought the 1911 was a sexy weapon. I drooled all through Band of Brothers. But I never really thought it was "for me". Maybe because I already had a couple of Berettas and now a Bersa. But now my wife is contemplating a CHL and I find myself shopping and looking at 1911s. But ...

Re: Questions asked by LEO for a ticket

I know this is getting a little off topic, but it seems that the whole "search and seizure" thing is a little unconstitutional to me. There is no probable cause. I really wonder about the legality of all that. I literally got chased down by a Walmart greeter once because I was carrying an ...

Re: Subcompact owners, your thoughts on single clip IWB holsters

Ooooh single clip on the HOLSTER! I read this and kept thinking single magazine in the holster? Right, my first holster was an Uncle Mike's single clip IWB jobbie. I hated it because it rode too high, which threw off the center of gravity of my Bersa 380. The single clip was insufficient to prevent ...

Re: Safety On or Off?

I carry a Bersa 380. I'm guessing that the 1911 can be cocked and safety on?
The Bersa's safety is a decocker/safety so that's not an option for me. My PX4 has the same operation so that's what I'm used to.

Safety On or Off?

This discussion http://www.texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=31828 got me to thinking about safety on/off. I noticed the OP mentioned having the safety on. When I first got my CHL I kept the chamber empty and safety on. Then I started keeping one in the pipe safety on Now I have one in the ...

Re: Threatening incident last Sunday night (Forest/Marsh)

Even IF the guy's question was just "Have you accepted Jesus into your heart?", you just don't approach someone like that this day in age.

Reading that gave me the heebie jeebies and reinforces my decision to carry.

Re: Blackberry Bold Call Dropping Fix

Just know that when you are on 2G (Edge), data speeds are VERY slow! True, but the only thing that's really affected is apps downloading and web browsing. Email, texting, IMing, etc don't see any change in speed because they are very low speed services. 90% of what I do is based on these services. ...
