If you don't "intentionally" fail to conceal, you committed no crime

we hug at church a lot; 95 year old lady occasionally pats my Glock through my shirt, but a tip/technique I learned here is "go low" put your arm under theirs, raising their arm, forcing them to hug your shoulder or higher than your belt line.

(We lunch after church (continuation of the "dinner on the grounds" custom from the 1800s when people traveled days by horse to attend our church, and we didn't send them away hungry; "OLD Baptists") and we discuss guns and scriptures and personal lives so they all know what I carry anyway. And I usually carry spares to toss to other CHLs if needed, in case they forgot theirs, but the lady with the pink Ruger 9mm usually has hers. The people in my church/ their families, have known each other and their families for hundreds of years and we all mostly have the same world view about guns etc anyway, they aren't strangers. )
