I didn't try the Pierce, but they are probably enough, these big ones I got above are more than enough grip, but I do really really like them. I could sand off a bit and still have plenty.

I have 1, I almost sold it, then I got a finger extension magazine floor plate (I found 2 sizes) and changed to Advantage Tactical Sights and I really really like this gun I wear it around the house, in the yard and carry as one of the back up guns to my Glock 26
