just receive a verbal 30.06 notice and have to leave
City property; no such thing as an enforceable 30.06 notice, "verbal", oral, written or otherwise if this isn't a political meeting. Also it isn't court, professional sporting event, critical infrastructure, school, etc.

I'd think no different than State Fair on City of Dallas Property where they have to let you carry.

I think people carried last year; I personally wouldn't carry "off-body" though...fanny packs/purses etc might get searched.

If it's a problem ... just go by kayak... I'm told most of the "noise" is loud enough to be heard on the water :mrgreen: Take water to drink and a picnic basket ... wear a life vest.
