They can't "reserve" anything they never had in the first place.

Why not just put up a sign saying, "No currency over $5 allowed. We reserve the right to confiscate all prohibited items." Could they just seize all your cash? Of course not.

Yes, there is no such thing as "semi-pro". It's professional, or it's not. And if it's not professional, it's still off limits if it's a college, high school, or interscholastic event.
