Instead of complaining about DPS requiring the new NRA certification, we should be thanking them for letting get away w/it for almost 20 years. :) Actually, does not affect me because I've been NRA certified for years.

Incidentally, if you let your NRA cert lapse (don't pay the fees :) ), you can renew it by paying the current years fee as long as it has not be lapsed over 5 years (per NRA).
