One of the first times I carried (this was in Bass Pro Shops) after getting the permit I got to the top of the stairs and suddenly realized I could feel the grip of the gun much higher on my side than I should have (was carrying IWB). The gun had been pushed up by the body action of climbing the stairs and I had a serious moment of panic, felt like it was just hanging there. I clamped my elbow down on the gun and pinned it against my body while making a beeline for the men's room. Headed straight into a stall and managed to fix things, but that was the last time I ever used that holster. Learned then and there not to go cheap on a carry holster.
