Re: Looking for a small 9mm
I'll also recommend the Sig P938. A bit longer than the P238 (about 1/2 inch IIRC) but I think height and width are the same. Feels nice in the hand, shoots well, recoil is surprisingly manageable for a 9mm of this size and very easy to conceal. Love mine.

I'm a Crossbreed fella. http://www.crossbreedholsters.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. They are super comfy and give deep concealment. :iagree: I have 2 Crossbreeds, one for my compact 1911 and one for my SR9c. Both are very comfortable and conceal/retain the weapon ver...

Saw it last night, good movie.
Yeah, don't know why but I was expecting Sean Connery to appear when that character made his entrance.rwg3 wrote:If they could have cast Connery in the role that Albert Finney had it would have been perfect.

Great game! I'm just loving how the naysayers about the move to the SEC are having to eat crow now. Gig 'em!

Re: Top Shot 3
I watched the first season. Loved the shooting challenges they came up with, photography was great, and the exploding targets were fun. All the peripheral drama turned me off, though, and I haven't bothered to watch it since.

Re: Carrying Empty Holster (Waiting for CHL)
I have 2 crossbreed supertucks, one for my Taurus PT111 and one for my Ruger SR9c. Love them. Both came on less than the 4-5 week stated on the web site. It was more like 2-3 weeks each. They were ordered at different times, months apart. Looks like they are getting busier at crossbreed. Same here,...

Re: Eye/Hand Cross dominance
My 13 year old son is left eye dominant and right handed. I tried teaching him to shoot left handed but he is more comfortable with his right even though he sights with his left eye. Guess he's gotten used to it because he hits what he aims at with handguns and long guns so I'll let him do what's co...

Re: Your Experience with CHL and Traffic Stop ...
Only been stopped once since getting my CHL, last summer for speeding. I'd just gotten off the Interstate and was still doing 60mph in a 50mph zone on the access road. Handed both my DL and CHL over with insurance card, officer took it all and went back to her car. Came back and gave me all the docu...

I've got two, one for a compact 1911 and one for my SR9c. No complaints about either, very comfortable and can wear them all day no problem.

Re: First TIme Out
Congratulations on getting the plastic. The first few times carrying can make you feel a bit conspicuous, you just know everyone is staring at you. I remember doing the shirt tugs and checking my reflection in every shiny surface that I walked past. That feeling disappears pretty quickly though and ...

Re: new to CC...how to Motorcycle carry?
I carry a Ruger SR9c not to stray too far off topic, but how do you like the SR9C? I like it a lot. I've had the full size SR9 for a couple of years and just loved it so when the "c" came out early this year I knew I was going to end up with one. It fits my hands nicely and is small enoug...
