Doesn't a "gunshow" fall under the heading of being a "Gunsmith" ? I know your much more on top of the leagal stuff, just curious your thought?Charles L. 30.06 concerns carrying a handgun under authority of 411 (H) of the Government Code. If you are carrying the gun zip tied and NOT concealed, then the 30.06 sign does not effect you. Right?
If you have a CHL, then you can legally have it at a gun show without violating TPC §46.02, but if it's not concealed, then you are violating TPC §46.035(a).
