Academy at 59 and Shephard had Monarch 380 JHP ($16.99/box) as of Noon today. They had approximatley 15 50-round boxes when I left.

Well after a couple months of going to Walmart and seeing no 9mm ammo, I finally came across 9MM ammo there, guess it was just pure luck. 
They probably had 2k rounds of Blazer Brass, I bought 15 boxes at 8.97/box and left the rest for next person, which I wouldn't be surprised if it was all gone within the hour.
