I went about this a little strange but, it all turned out ok. All of my paper work, pictures, finger prints, notary... were all completed at the CHL class. The Instructor was Bill Waybourn which is the Chief of Police of Dalworthington Gardens Tx. His son is a Police Officer and Swatt Team member in...
