Is it better to apply online to DPS before the class or after or does it matter?

It was a good course, and I did my passport photos at Walgreens and my FAST digital fingerprints through L-1 for $10. Not bad for a shade under $85 + state fees.

Lubbock CHL Instructors - Any recommendations?
I was looking at the DPS list of instructors in the Lubbock County area. Pretty simple, plain, straight-forward list; not much info otherwise.
