I couldn't ghost you folks. Too good a group of people in here. I haven't been playing as much as before because I'm buried in school work. It's not easy after 25 years out in the world to get back into the school routine. I've spent most of my adult life not remembering things I apparently should know well. One of the young ladies in my US History class said she wanted to sit next to me because I've lived a lot of history myself and could help her with the "old stuff"........

I told her I remember sharpening the axe Washington dulled on the cherry tree, and using it later to carve his new teeth for him......she didn't sit next to me after that......

Looks like all the "Waiting Rooms" are emptying out...............

Got my plastic!!!! I was never in the hundred + club, but hung out here to keep you guys company. You would have done the same for me.......

The 100+ club's ranks are being decimated as we speak.......That's a good thing!!!!

I can't officially be in this forum, but I'm trying to give you folks some hope that the DPS is getting the lead out (so to speak )

I only called them twice, I think, and that was shortly after I sent in my app because I never received a PIN and wanted to make sure it got there OK. I didn't send it registered/return receipt requested. I just sent it regular USPS.

It will happen for everyone!!! Its a good thing!!

"The Plastic". .....we really should start capitalizing that every chance we get. It's like the Holy Grail, isn't it? Testing a man's patience and intestinal fortitude...."The Plastic"......it even sounds different when capitalized.

At the rate they appear to be processing these days, this forum may thin out mighty quick!! I may not even have a chance to officially join in!!! That's not really a bad thing.........

On a serious note...be safe....I hope you never have to draw and fire in SD. It is nice to know you can now legally protect yourself and others to that level, though.
