People who can't put up a border between fantasy and reality are walking time bombs. That doesn't mean we should raze the entire forest because we can't predict a spark. All blame lies with the actor of evil blaming anything else is the slipperiest of slopes. I bet the inventor or the burka thought he was doing women a favor by stopping rapes. And yet rapes still occur in the Arab world. Even provable rape which must be witnessed by five men before it can go to court still occurs
