If I recieve this message when I put in my info and pin # to track the process of my chl.... "No application or license/certificate active." Does that mean that they have recieved the application and they have not started processing? Or does it mean that there is a problem with my paperwor...

Thanks for the info. I was getting kinda of restless, thinking my pin # would be here within a couple of weeks. Maybe I will be getting my license close to my birthday since they are still backed up....(Oct. is my brthday.....) but that would be a good present.

I was curious as to how long, on average, it takes before you get a pin number to track the status of processing.
It has only been 20 days since I sent off all of my information, but I am anxious to get my pin # so I can at least check up on it from time to time.[/b]
