SWEET! Just checked and my status also changed to "Application Complete - license issued". Now I only have to rely on the ever efficient US Postal Service...perfect example of government efficiency. Hopefully they don't lose my envelope on it's way to Kansas.

I was told mine was sent to the printer last week and it could be 2-4 weeks before it comes back. I hope I luck out and see it before that.
