Zoom in closely on the image. That's about a battalion's worth of vehicles ON RAIL CARS, as on a train track (looks like two tanks per rail car, or something like that). There's even a passenger looking training to the right.
If the original person posting on social media is trying to pass this off as going down the street, then it's a good indicator they're practicing mis-information, or like causing drama. Perhaps even a foreign agent looking to sow discord.
