Thanks for your efforts bobby. You can only do what you can only do. You tried.

Those management companies are mega companies, and it takes a while for them to respond. Hopefully they will. ;-)

Re: Opinion on Carry at a mall near me

I thought the mall management had control over the signage, and more importantly the lease agreements.

Why don't you contact them and see what they say? BTW, you're having great results from your email campaign! Keep up the good work.

Well, it sounds like it's going in the right direction, at least. Non-committal but that's to be expected. Who knows, you may affect a change for the better. Good job bobby! :thumbs2: :txflag:

:thumbs2: Legal issues aside, I'd rather give my money to people who aren't antigun.
I have already emailed the company that owns the mall and stated my opinion on the matter and let them know that my business was lost. I know it won't change anything but I am letting all my friends with CHL's know and I am sure they will email the mall as well and not shop there anymore. Anything that is sold there I can get elsewhere so there is no need to return.1
Letters to the anchor stores; e.g., Sears, Penny's, Macy's, Dillards, etc. will carry more weight because their rent is what keeps the mall open.
I thought about that after I sent the email to the mall. I'm going to send every company within the mall an email as well.
Great idea! And don't forget to send that letter also to the management company that manages the mall for those owners. ;-) The voices WILL be heard!
