I called DPS 8/27 to ck what the heck is taking so long. (my 1st call) operator tells me that "Ms. So 'n So, is the Technician handling my App., And is on Vacation, would you like her voicemail ? " :waiting: figgin great, I leave a polite message and ask for status since it's been 90 days....

Oh I see why it's takes so long.
